No. First-time drivers are absolutely welcome. Any previous experience behind the wheel can help, but it is not required.
Yes. You must have a valid learner’s permit or driver license to legally operate the vehicle during lessons.
Yes. Staying hydrated is encouraged. However, it's best if it fits in the cupholder.
For safety reasons, please wear closed-toe shoes. Avoid:
Sandals
Slippers
Platform shoes
Anything that may interfere with pedal control
Lessons typically meet in the Reedville Crossing area in South Hillsboro.
Yes. David is the sole instructor and founder of Dao of Driving, so all lessons are taught directly by him.
Yes. Parents or guardians are welcome to ride along, provided they do not interfere with instruction during the lesson.
It’s recommended to schedule lessons as early as possible to ensure availability and allow enough practice time before your exam. The final session in “The Way” Series can often be scheduled closer to your actual testing date.
